Yes. ACX, Amazon's audiobook platform that distributes to Audible, Amazon and Apple Books, is open to authors in the UK. We prepare files to ACX's technical requirements.
ACX requires each chapter as a separate file, consistent loudness (RMS between -23 dB and -18 dB), peaks no higher than -3 dB, a noise floor no louder than -60 dB, 192 kbps constant bit rate MP3 at 44.1 kHz, plus opening and closing credits and a retail sample. Requirements can change, so we check the current specification for every project.
